Storage conditions

Due to their specific surface, ACEMATT® matting agents can absorb gaseous foreign substances, including moisture, during transportation and storage, even with high-quality packaging. Product stabilizes over time depending on ambient pressure and temperature.

ACEMATT® should be stored in a closed environment with low relative humidity and a constant temperature. It should be separately from products with a high vapor pressure or volatile substances.

Storage period

Our ACEMATT® matting agents are of a high chemical purity and are largely chemically inert. Under normal storage conditions, there will be no chemical change – even when stored for long periods of time
(approx. 10 years).

We do not recommend exceeding a storage time of two years.

For additional details, please refer to Technical Information 1211: “Storage Properties of ACEMATT®”.

Control number

The ACEMATT® control number contains a coded fill date and is indicated at the bottom of the bag. Please contact us for current quantities per control number.
